f. Pricing designated for Users in India ("Indian Pricing") is available only to Users who satisfy the eligibility requirements determined by us from time to time. We may verify eligibility using one or more factors, including:

iii. Payment method issued in India;

iv. IP address or geolocation data;

v. Any other reasonable verification method.

If we determine that a User is ineligible for Indian Pricing, we reserve the right to charge the applicable international price, refuse the transaction, cancel the purchase, or require payment of the price difference before granting or continuing access to the course

g. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to obtain a lower price may result in suspension or termination of access to the course without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

h. Prices may be displayed in different currencies and may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, depending on the user's location. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, or foreign exchange fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

b. Termination by User

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement, in accordance with the said Act.

You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
